OUR STORY
In 2021, we started Adalchi Women Empowerment Foundation with a simple but powerful belief: every woman deserves the chance to build her own future. As we looked around our community, we saw incredible potential—but also real challenges.
We met women who wanted to work but couldn’t find jobs. We saw skills gaps that left many without practical training. We noticed traditional knowledge about making everyday products was slowly disappearing.
So we decided to change that. We became officially registered with the CAC and got to work.
To equip women with practical, marketable skills in chemical and household product manufacturing, creating pathways to economic independence and entrepreneurship.
